Replying to @ATT
@ATT your customer service is atrocious. I need to add a line to my account and when I spoke to someone they said I had to talk to two different departments and multiple people will need to call in. I’ve been put on hold twice for over 16minutes.

Replying to @XfinitySupport
@XfinitySupport your customer service is confused. You agreed to lower my bill last month but instead sent out new equipment and increased the bill. Customer service had no idea what was going on. They acted as off the call last month never happened.

Please fix this right away. You messed this up on two accounts. If this isn’t fixed today, we will have no choice but to get service elsewhere. I work and don’t have time to spend hours on the phone. Please have a supervisor contact me.
