Here's what we know about the state-sanctioned pain patient torture and mass murder program:
• The FDA/NIH decided that informed consent for medical experimentation could be waived when the experiment posed "minimal risk;"
• Experimentation without informed consent began on the pain patient population at the VA and then expanded to the Medicare beneficiaries and then to the general population, to use "non-opioid alternatives" for pain treatment (except there ARE no effective "non-opioid alternatives;"
• The prohibitionist "addiction psychiatrists" helped label all pain patients on long-term opioid therapy as "addicts;"
• The government used the false narratives,manipulated data, and lies about "prescription opioid medications" to codify the need to use "non-opioid alternatives" to treat chronic pain (but this far has not FOUND any "non-opioid alternatives" that are effective;
• The DEA went crazy and decided that the definition of a controlled substance is "a substance that you cannot have anymore," and is ignoring the fact that these medications have legitimate medical uses for chronic, intractable, trauma, cancer, palliative, hospice, and surgical pain patients;
• The "public health emergency declaration in the opioid crisis" has allowed the health agencies and DEA to set aside any law they desire to proceed with their "public health initiatives.". These included inserting anti-opioid propaganda into medical school curriculums (unlawful, 42 USC § 1395), data-mining private patient data to find outliers who are prescribed more than what the government thinks is "excessive" (unlawful, HIPPA), prosecuting pain doctors for the "crime" of treating pain using "paid expert witness testimony" to convince Juries of guilt (unlawful, SCOTUs Decision in Ruan vs United States), and much more;
• Pain patients are now tortured, and are dying from medical complications, medical condition collapse, known increased risks of excessively high blood pressure that is non-responsive to BP meds, known increased risks of heart attack, stroke, and suicide after a forced-taper or loss of access to therapeutic doses of pain medications. Patient outcomes were NOT tracked when the agenda to restrict access to pain medication was rolled out, so we have no accurate data about the number of harms and deaths caused by these policies, although the evidence suggests that hundreds of thousands of patients may have died over the past decade as a direct result of these policies;
• No government official has responded in any way to repeated calls for reform, even though these policies have NOT reduced deaths from illicit fentanyl analog compound poisonings, the stated purpose of the policies. And the reason is that "prescription opioid medications" had nothing whatsoever to do with the parabolic rise in deaths from illicit drugs beginning in the early 2000's - the original Big Lie told to the public by the prohibitionists and captured health agencies;
• Dept of Health and Human Services has not responded in any way to the April 2025 filing of a legal Notice of a Request for Review of the Public Health Emergency Declaration in the Opioid Crisis, and has renewed that declaration twice since RFKJr was confirmed - and, has not returned the little green signature card from the post office from either the April 2025 filing or the resubmission Sept 30th, 2025;
• A District Court lawsuit will have to be filed in 2026 if we are unable to get the Dept of HHS to resolve our concerns about the corruption, false narratives, failure to protect patient safety, and all the rest of it - you can read the Notice here, which has numerous Sections that detail every known issue, problem, and LIE perpetrated by the health agencies upon the public -

As chronic pain patients, we often shit on the healthcare industry. This is a nurse that needs to be championed. He's a Godsend and doing everything in his power to help his patients and those he sees who are not being treated responsibly. Thank you, sir.
I can’t believe this but I gotta do it. I never wanna hear MAGA NURSES CAN’T BE NURSES. The shit I hear from liberal nurses is beyond unprofessional. I hope this nurse learns from this report I’m about to make on her. I’m just glad I stepped in and helped the patient who was attacked by 2 random people.
My.point of view - I DID IT!
Hair trimmed, chores done, salt.and bubbles in the tub.
IT'S A MIRACLE!
And I ordered a BIG PIZZA and ate 3 pieces. Time for bed. It is COLD, gonna be 56 tonight. Might as well be zero, since we are used to 105+ for months at a time here. Time to bust out the long underwear. My bed sleeps HOT, so at least I do not suffer cold while in the bed. It is only when I am outside smoking (my favorite activity) that I freeze my butt off. Which reminds me, I need WEED. Time for a dispensary run. Thankfully, it is less than a mile away.

“#ChronicPain is nothing like pain from a surgery…it’s relentless… It’s with you every moment, every second of everyday. It took me—a hardworking overachiever—and it broke me. Years later and I am still trying to put the pieces of my life back together.” buff.ly/40kn16y
DOCTORS - LISTEN UP
Seven things I would tell these physicians who treat chronic pain patients
1. Retain an attorney experienced in DEA investigations and healthcare law. Not a malpractice attorney. The attorney should understand controlled-substance prescribing and DEA administrative proceedings.
2. Document medical necessity thoroughly. Records should explain the diagnosis, previous treatments, functional improvements, benefits, risks, and clinical reasoning behind each prescription.
3. Understand the actual law not just the CDC guidelines. DEA regulations require prescriptions to be issued for a legitimate medical purpose in the usual course of professional practice. The CDC guidelines are recommendations, not federal prescribing laws.
4. Establish appropriate monitoring. Follow applicable state PDMP requirements, use individualized risk assessments, and document clinical responses to concerning findings. Urine drug testing should be clinically justified and interpreted appropriately.
5. Conduct an independent compliance review. Have a qualified healthcare attorney and independent physician reviewer evaluate the practice's policies, documentation, and prescribing patterns before problems arise.
6. Maintain appropriate professional liability coverage. Ask specifically whether the policy covers medical board investigations, DEA administrative proceedings, and legal defense costs. These are not always included.
7. Have a patient continuity plan. If the physician unexpectedly loses prescribing authority or closes the practice, there should be a lawful process for notifying patients, transferring records, and coordinating continued care.
One important protection physicians should know about
The CDC's 2022 guideline specifically states that healthcare systems and payers should not penalize clinicians for accepting patients already receiving opioid medications, including patients on higher doses.
It also warns against abrupt discontinuation and involuntary rapid tapering

Day 11, still no bath or shower - that is the ONLY thing on the agenda today. I know you all can relate.
Yesterday I had planned to do it, but I spent the ENTIRE DAY on the computer. After going through my emails and messages, I was able to:
Complete and mail my ballot;
Compare Medicare plans and come to the conclusion that my current plan is where I want to stay;
Tried to login to Social Security to see my COLA, only to then see in the email that they won't be posted until late November;
Wrote to my Senators and Congressmen to ask for a status update about my April 2026 request for a Congressional Inquiry about why patient outcomes have not been tracked since the de-prescribing agenda began, and the need for legislation to require that public health agencies do this task whenever a "public health initiative" is carried out;
Took advantage of a balance transfer offer on a card I am not using, with 9 months of 1% interest - way longer than needed for me to pay it in full;
And more.
In the past 11 days, I have been able to wash the bedding and make the bed again, clean the bathroom from the tippy top to the floor, wash the clothes and put them away, wash the cat water fountains each weekend and change the water every 3rd day between washings, keep the cat boxes scooped, the floors vacuumed, the cats brushed and fed, put air into car tires, get gas in my mom's car, project the budget out into the next 12 months, clean out my email box such that I have only 100 unattended emails (the projects are overwhelming at times), washed the patio and outside furniture and outdoor rugs to wash away the fine red silt that had blown in with all the dust storms and wind during late summer, clean the glass patio door, repair the kitty tree (three of the platforms they lay on were attached with staples and came undone, and had to be screwed into place), swept the garage and found about 25 nails and screws under the wood in the entrance where the garage door affixes to the house, by the drunk construction workers who built these homes (I had already picked up dozens and dozens of nails and screws on our doggie walked when the dog was still living), washed the vacuum canister and filter, mopped the floor (needs it again!), and brushed my teeth a few times on the way to bed.
My cordless hair trimmers died, I tried to order new ones but they were out of stock. So I busted out the corded clippers that I used on my mom's dog when he was still living, and will use those for now, and found a cordless trimmer that I had forgotten about and have no idea how to use, two electric face shavers, and a bag of nail files and other tools.
And, after completing a cycle of Paragon parasite capsules around the full moon in September, and then eating a yogurt and some Grape Nuts a few days ago, my guts are working fine in their own now, in fact in between all the computer use yesterday, it seemed like all I did was POOP all day.
My knees hurt, my right arm/elbow hurts, my back hurts, my legs go numb, my fingers and thumb joints hurt, my butt hurts, and I am finishing my messages now and am going to the bathtub. I am going to trim my hair first, do the epilator second, take a detox bath third (Dead Sea Salt, baking soda, borax, and soap), scrub away the dead skin, then fourth take a shower and shave my face. Then, I will put DMSO on all the aching spots, and by then it will be 3 or 4 PM and I will be ready for a nap!
One of these days, I hope to see that the White House Fraud Task Force will finally see the light, will investigate the FRAUDULENT CLAIMS that are driving the policies that have so many of us literally DYING for lack of proper, appropriate, clinically indicated, therapeutic doses of opioid pain medication. The unnecessary torture and killing of innocent patients in pain has got to STOP!
@WHFraudTF @AGToddBlanche @SecKennedy @DrOzCMS @SaraCarterDC
And, as a reminder what I am dealing with:
Arachnoiditis (from spinal cord crush and a puncture and dye injected into the spinal cord during a CT Myelogram)
Leg length discrepancy
S-curve scoliosis, two radical surgeries done 30 years apart, leaving me with 18-level spinal fusion all bolted into the back of my pelvis
Migrating pedicle screw trying to emerge from my left iliac crest area
Nerve root compression in multiple locations
Arthritis starting in multiple joints
Fraudulent DEA prosecutions of doctors and pharmacists continue to cause pain patients to lose access to proper, appropriate, clinically indicated pain medications - millions are being tortured and patients DIE every day as a direct result of this activity!

I said yes to sitting down with the people on the sedition tapes.
You told me to look harder, so I did.
The sit-down is off.
Thank you for that, even the ones who yelled.
Now nobody in power is acting, so we will.

Joshua Michael found an access token on Flock's public website.
No login required. No authentication. Just sitting there.
He downloaded Flock's entire database. 300,000 device locations. 170,000 cameras. 130,000 other hardware units. 27,000 acoustic detectors.
Made a map. Published it September 23.
The Senate held a hearing on Flock the same day. Cited Michael's research.
Flock panicked.
Sent a cease-and-desist. Used a brand-protection vendor called Doppel to claim trademark infringement.
The map said it wasn't affiliated with Flock. Doppel didn't care.
Michael's site went dark.
Then Proton moved it to Swiss servers.
Now it lives on protonmcp.org. Untouchable. Uncensorable. Hosted by an encryption company in a country that doesn't care what Flock wants.
The irony is crystalline.
Flock left an access token on the internet. Michael used it to download their own data. Published it. Flock tried to suppress it.
Proton said suppressing it is suppressing information.
Which is true.
The map shows Flock has 150,000 more cameras than they publicly claimed.
Shows acoustic detection units mapping human speech across the country.
Shows which police departments have access to the whole network.
Flock doesn't want that visible.
So they tried trademark infringement.
Which only worked until Proton decided transparency matters more than Flock's feelings.
Now everyone can see exactly how many cameras are watching their car. Where they are. Which cops can see them.
Michael warned Flock about the exposed token in November 2025.
Flock ignored him.
Then got mad when he used it.
The surveillance company that claims to protect privacy just tried to suppress the only map showing how much they actually surveille.
And failed.
‼️ Proton is hosting a map of 300,000+ Flock surveillance device locations that Flock tried to get taken down.
Researcher Joshua Michael says he pulled them from Flock's own systems via a token left open to anyone.
Proton calls the takedown "an attempt to suppress information."
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
