Huge respect to the organizers, activists and voters of Brazil and Serbia. These results are due to so much work and they give us so much hope. There is nothing inevitable about the far right.

PRESIDENT LULA WINS! Huge win for the world and a shocking defeat for Donald Trump who tried to help Bolsonaro win. You love to see it. Well done, Brazil!

More than five million Americans have lost their SNAP benefits due to Trump's "Big Beautiful Bill," which has forced many, including US veterans, to go to food banks.
Wow, this is wonderfully nostalgic. It’s like getting in the DeLorean to go back to the Obama era when him eating alfalfa or Dijon mustard was offensive language.
But to be fair, it has been almost a month since Trump suggested nuking LA and San Diego.

Hard to think of anything more elitist and condescending than to suggest that Cheesecake Factory fans (like me) want the White House to look like Saddam Hussein's version of the restaurant. Do you really think that little of people?

You took marching orders from Trump. You filed a frivolous and sanctionable case. You are going to lose.
Mary Peltola is going to win this election and when she is sworn in, I hope you are there to sit and weep.
The Department of Justice does not seek to stop any ballot from being cast or to stop the certification of Alaska's election. This litigation seeks to ensure that after Alaskans cast their ballots, they are preserved in a manner so that only Alaska's governing officials have the information necessary to make a determination as to whether Alaskan voters were confused or mislead.
The lawsuit was written by Justice Department attorneys and the Department did not coordinate with any campaign or candidate, but rather relied solely on federal law.
OBAMA: He pulled out of the JCPOA, starts this war—Seven months later, six months after they declared victory, how's that war going?
Our allies and our bases have been attacked. Americans have been killed. Hundreds of Americans have been wounded. We have run down our stock of missiles. And Iran now has veto power over the strait of hormuz, where oil goes through to the world market.
This is the reason why the price of oil is up. Nobody disputes that. This is the reason the price of diesel is up. This is the reason why the price of just about everything is up.
Meanwhile, you got the defense secretary who's squarely focused on important matters: the jawlines and testosterone levels of our troops.
These are not serious people. And the problem is you end up having to pay the price for their lack of seriousness.
“He's got the White House looking like Saddam Hussein opened a Cheesecake Factory. It's gold everywhere.”
Get him boss

Billionaires can’t pay more in taxes but can spend $400,000,000.00 on midterm elections.
Funny, I worked in the White House twice and we never needed to be issued mass pardons.
SCOOP up now @washingtonsun from @JasJWright and @jstein_sun : The White House is weighing mass pardons for junior staff washingtonsun.com/whitehouse…

"I want to be a senator for every Texan who can't afford one."
Hell of a line from @jamestalarico in the rally clip below, commenting on the mind-blowing sum of special interest money being spent on behalf of Ken Paxton, led Elon's more than $150 million.
Talarico: This election is a battle between the powers that be and the powers that ought to be. The powers that be have chosen their candidate. They have bought and paid for Ken Paxton.
But we are standing with the powers that ought to be the teachers and the nurses, the farmers and the ranchers. The grandmother who is facing eviction, the little boy who's waking up in the middle of the night from the lights of the data center, the small business owner, who is struggling to keep his family restaurant open. Those Texans are my team.
They are why I'm in this race. I want to be a senator for every Texan who can't afford one. You want to know why they are spending $200 million against me? Because I don't take their money, and I never will. I don't work for them. I work for you
Voters’ #1 issue in recent polls is corruption. This is corruption.
That’s how we should talk about $171M campaign slush funds from trillionaires.
Corruption must be a Day One issue in the next Congress.
