I had an absolute blast photographing the Padres game last night. That was one of the most fun games from an image standpoint that I’ve shot in a long time.

Gwynn Sr. died of salivary gland cancer on June 16, 2014, at 54. His son was on the Phillies' roster that season and happened to be in the visiting dugout in Philadelphia when the news broke mid-game, which is why the ovation came from the road crowd instead of San Diego.

Sad that the Padre season came to an end last night. But extremely grateful to have photographed with so many extremely talented photographers this season.

Blink-182's Tom DeLonge, a San Diego native, got emotional as he heard Padres fans sing "All the Small Things" during their playoff game.
Back at Petco Park for NLDS Game 4. Padres are 23-9 this season when I am on assignment. My all time record is 52-22. Including 4-1 in postseason.
I had a remote editor for the game tonight so that is why you guys have not seen me tweet any photos. I will share some when I edit mine.
