a great WHA legend (yes NHL, the WHA existed) that deserved further recognition for his accomplishments - 798 points in 551 games in the WHA and all of 5'8!
Lacroix was a stud in the WHA, which didn’t have the NHL’s depth, but a wide open style and good top end talent. He set the league record of 106 assists while with the San Diego Mariners.

South Florida is in the middle of the highest king tides ever recorded here. This morning reached the same major flood stage as Hurricane Wilma in 2005 sending water down streets from Miami to Fort Lauderdale and even flowed into some homes and businesses that weren't sandbagged.
