It's probably a settings issue but the outlines are messy and they eat away the edges and details of each model. On the other hand it could work. You could go full borderlands with the style:
Tamara Steam Demo Update:
Fixed more bugs.
Added some hints and tutorial prompts.
Added aiming animation for the hatchet.
Fixed visibility issue that prevented players from finding the Pulsar Rifle.
Steam Demo update:
fixed some bugs, not all, getting there.
Added button to send bug reports
Visible bullets for better aiming
Toned down the scanline effect
And more.
Gif unrelated.
New demo is up on Steam. Comes with improved controls and cameras as well as new gameplay features and systems among other things.
And goblins.

There is a little easter egg in Tamara Demo for the old pricks like me. A tribute to one of the relics of the nineties DOS gaming that was a great inspiration for all these years.
