Jack is 27 and had his stroke in Dec 2017.
He spent ten months in hospital, recovering on the stroke ward after surgery. He's made a brilliant recovery. He walks, he hikes, drives and is now studying at Uni.
Jack says having hope was critical in his recovery. #HopeAfterStroke
