Are Nigerians aware it's a crime to bury anyone in your house?
The only legal way to bury anyone is a designated place which is cemetery.
If the deceased do not have any business that wife can run to maintain provision for the children, that property should be made available as a fall back investment for the children.
Burying him there would prevent any fall back opportunities for the children. Who will rent or buy a house that has grave?
The children are the most important factor in any conversation anyone should have. They are the most vulnerable factor in this sad situation.
And those nonsense elders granting interviews and talking shamelessly should shut their mouth.
Disagreement happens in family, elders resolve it amicably, why is it out here in the public. Those elders are shameless.

Firstly, I have come to accept that many people do not understand marriage at all. Many people do not even understand the meaning of their marital vows.
This is why fully grown men, men who should know right from left, are arguing that family members should have more rights over a married man, his property or even his life than the family he has built with his wife!!!
Again, once you leave your family to start your own, the family you came from has no right to control decisions in your new family, especially when those decisions concern you, your wife and your children. This is why it is expedient your family knows they are secondary and must be taught earlier on to know their place in your life!!!
Again, a husband’s body belongs to his wife, just as a wife’s body belongs to her husband!!!
This is standard practice among couples who take their marriage seriously and understand what it means to be married!!!
Once you are married, your decisions concerning your body are no longer just about you alone. Your spouse has a say, just as you have a say in theirs!!!

Chinedu Matthew Chukwu (Aye Mohammed Gadafi) has renounced his membership of the NBM/Aye/Black Axe cult group, which he says he joined out of ignorance. He has informed the cult group’s leaders and the relevant agencies in Ebonyi State and Cross River State, where he resides, that he will no longer associate with NBM/Aye/Black Axe or any other cult group, as he has given his life to Jesus Christ.
We hope others will be encouraged to renounce their cult membership legally by following the appropriate channels. Do not be deceived by claims that your cult group will come after you. Renouncing membership is different from cross-carpeting to a rival group.
This is not the first time someone has publicly renounced cultism. In 2024, a Jurist (PLIJ) member publicly renounced his membership in a video posted on Naija Confra. That same year, a former NBM (Aye) “NATIONAL LEADER,” Felix Kupa, renounced his membership of the cult group and published his renunciation in newspapers. Last year, an Eiye (ACN) member in Abuja publicly renounced cultism on this platform. A Maphite (GCAI) member from Abia State also renounced cultism, although his video appeared to raise concerns about possible duress. Additionally, two Buccaneer (BAN) members, one from Delta State and another from outside Nigeria, publicly renounced their membership. All these men are still alive and continue to live better lives than before. You can leave cultism. Do not let fear stop you from choosing a peaceful and better future.

Someone like me wouldn't even care much about where I'm buried when I die. If they like, they can even throw the body away. Some people even burn the body of the deceased as their culture demands.
But where I have an issue with her is, if she's not comfortable seeing her husband's grave every day, why not allow them to take him to the village / family house for burial? I believe the house is hers anyway, she can do anything she wants with it.
