Gaza Is Hungry for Hope
Start with a Meal
Abdalrahman is a young man from Gaza who was displaced with his family of eight after their home in Rafah was destroyed in a bombardment, forcing them to move to Mawasi, Khan Yunis. The family now lives in a makeshift tent that offers little protection from the summer heat, winter cold, and strong winds common in the area. Among the family members is his 10-year-old brother, while their father lives with coeliac disease and diabetes, making daily life even harder amid shortages of food, medicine, and basic supplies. Before the genocide, Abdalrahman hoped to study engineering and build a stable future for himself and his family, but his focus has shifted to helping his loved ones manage daily survival in displacement. Despite these challenges, he continues to support his family and is seeking donations to help them meet essential needs and remain safe through ongoing hardship.

They’re Fighting Hunger and Bombs
Help Them Survive One
Sajida Umm Tulin is a former pharmacist from Gaza and a mother of two children, Tulin, 3, and Mohammad, an infant. Before the genocide, her family had a stable income that covered their daily needs, but after losing their source of income, they became dependent on support campaigns to afford food, medicine, diapers, transportation, cooking gas, and other essentials. Sajida and her family were displaced five times, and when they returned from Rafah, they found their home damaged, with a missing wall and exposure to harsh weather, leaving them with no option but to stay there because renting another place is beyond their means. She lives in crowded conditions with extended family while recovering from a C-section and managing health complications, including anaemia and a blood disorder that requires transfusions, all while caring for her young children and breastfeeding Mohammad. The family has also experienced the loss of relatives and repeated displacement, and ongoing shortages, rising prices, and limited aid continue to make daily life difficult. Despite these challenges, Sajida remains focused on caring for her children and maintaining stability for her family.
Is this enough? does 10 British pounds a month really cover anything in our lives in Gaza? My house is very close to the yellow line, and I was forced to move to a rented place The cost of living has become very highcannot continue without support🫂🙏😭🍉

Genuinely asking for someone wealthy to see this and help me get a room. Or even $5 towards the goal… I’ll never get away from this area
Replying to @GalAwkward
A room is $179 a night literally anything towards food, and water too would really mean so much. I spent majority of October on the streets and it’s been rough, even if you can’t give much $1 helps
