After winning a not guilty verdict at trial several months ago in County Court, municipal charges based on the same Officer Tabitha Brown lies were dismissed yesterday. We are 100% successful in fighting tyrant Napoleonic Officer Brown's tyranny. Our client tried to report officers recklessly speeding through a crowded gas station without cause, but Brown refused to take the report and instead escalated the situation by trying to have him trespassed from the car wash. At least 64 people are reported dead after two high-speed trains collided near Toledo, with more than 500 passengers on board.
At least 80 people are injured, 50 of them "seriously."
Staff from the rail operator are said to be leaving the scene distraught and in tears...
The cause is still under investigation, and the death toll could still, sadly, be rising.

A 5 YEAR OLD BOY HAD MORE THAN 100 INJURIES. HIS ADOPTIVE MOTHER WILL SPEND DECADES IN PRISON.
Lauren Maloberti, 37, of Delmont, Pennsylvania, was convicted by a jury in May in the death of her adopted son, Landon. He was 5.
Coverage of the case reports more than 100 injuries on his little body.
On October 22 she was sentenced to 31.5 to 63 years. Landon’s grandfather, Bill Ellenberger, testified, and his family held a vigil in his name.
Landon’s adoptive father, Jacob Maloberti, also faces charges. His case is still pending, with a hearing November 9.
Landon was adopted. Someone promised that boy a safe home. He deserved every day he never got.
Is 31.5 years enough for what was done to Landon?

What kind of mother drives drunk, kills 3 of her own children, leaves another in the hospital, and then flees?
This is an awful, awful story.
Here's what happened:
Sept. 25, about 9 p.m., U.S. 61, New Madrid County, Mo.
Kaia Patrice Walls, 33, of Hayti, Mo, was allegedly drunk behind the wheel.
She tried to pass a pickup and slammed into its rear.
Her SUV rolled several times.
Her children were in the SUV with her.
They weren't wearing seatbelts.
A 9-year-old girl, killed.
A 10-year-old boy, killed.
Boys 13 and 15 flown to a Memphis hospital.
The Marshals say 3 of her children are now dead.
She got medical treatment, then fled Missouri, according to the Marshalls.
She was tracked to her father's home in Killeen, TX, and was arrested Oct. 22.
The charges:
▪️ 3 counts of second-degree murder
▪️ 3 counts of DWI resulting in death
▪️ 2 counts of DWI resulting in serious injury
▪️ 1 count of first-degree assault
▪️ 4 counts of child endangerment
▪️ 13 counts of armed criminal action
This woman doesn't deserve to ever see the light of day again.
No seatbelts. A drunk mom driving.

A Travis County court ordered Major euthanized. On October 26, a federal court in Austin stopped it for good.
Under the ADA, the Court granted a permanent injunction, finding Shane Lilly is a qualified individual with a disability and losing Major would be irreparable harm.
The City of Austin is now permanently barred from euthanizing him.
Within 30 days he goes to a licensed rescue outside Austin and Travis County, then at least 30 days of decompression with veterinary behaviorist Dr. Kenneth Martin to rehabilitate and retrain him.
Strict conditions: secure enclosure, muzzle and leash, $100,000 liability coverage, court reports every 30 days for a year.
