Why is everyone trying to make games as fast as possible with AI? Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against using AI as a tool. It can be useful, and I understand why people want to make the development process easier. Then we end up with so many games that feel rushed, generic, and kind of soulless. People are focused on generating assets, code, and entire projects as quickly as possible, but what about the actual ideas, the gameplay, the little details, and the experience of making something you're genuinely proud of? You try things, make mistakes, learn new skills, and sometimes spend hours fixing one small thing. I feel like that's part of what makes game development interesting in the first place. Does anyone else feel this way, or am I just looking at it from the wrong perspective?
