We’ll be watching!
There’s a kind Riverside woman who takes joy in making unique handmade greeting cards for all occasions, and then puts them on her doorstep for people to purchase.
We’re “Making Cards With Carol” coming Friday 6pm on @wpri12 💌
RI letter writers, @MikeCohea has your back.
I teamed up with Books On The Square to create a limited edition run of eight Providence greeting cards featuring my photos. They can only be found @Books_on_the_SQ, 471 Angell St, PVD while they last. It’s all part of my mission to spread Providence’s beauty far and wide!!!

Every friend group has at least one:
🤩 A friend who always has the latest stamp
📦 A friend who sends personalized care packages
📝 A friend who is a loyal pen pal
🙈 A friend who loves getting mail but never sends mail back…

@TNC_RI this is right up our alley! Let's write love letters to the blackstone!
If you wrote a letter to the Blackstone River, what would you say? Blackstone River Commons is soliciting letters, poems, and gifts (in any artistic medium) from the community to the river. A selection will be included in a final exhibit and publication.
Stop by @whatcheerclub to get your stationary and supplies, then email your submission to [email protected] or send to The Blackstone River, P.O. Box 215, Pawtucket, RI 02860-9998 by Sept 30.
We know some letter writers, right? Let’s make this happen.
Victor W. Butler is believed to be the last surviving Tuskegee Airmen of Rhode Island. He is asking for birthday cards for his 100th birthday on May 21.

Hooray for new penpals and handwritten letters! 💌
Thank you @DearRhodeIsland for my new penpal! It's been 20+ years since I last had one, and I'd forgotten the thrill that is receiving a handwritten letter and writing one in return.

The loveliest of letters.
Also this beautiful statement of purpose from @HadithiKe: "We chose letters because of how intentional and transcendent they can be. Letters ask you to balance your remembering of the past, your experience in the present and your hopes for the future."
