Frustrated with @Allegiant. Trying to get a refund; been on hold 4 hrs 36 mins so far. When I got on I was warned of 2 hr wait.
@Allegiant customer service recording said to call back during non-peak hours 9pm-4am Pacific Time. It’s currently 1am PT and wait time says it’s more than 2 hrs.
