In collaboration with @in5dubai, we're taking it a step higher when it comes to Blockchain Education in Dubai. Our co-founder @AmaechiEth hosted a blockchain fundamental workshop at @in5dubai, one of @UAE's leading government-backed tech incubators. We're always here pushing the limit when it comes to Blockchain Education.

The most powerful productivity tool I've ever used costs £8 and has zero technology in it. A paper planner. My mum bought me one when I went to university. I've used one every single day since, for about SIX years now. Every Sunday I plan Monday to Wednesday. Leave space for ad hoc tasks. Every day I add to the next. Wednesday I finish through to the weekend. I've tried Monday.com. Notion. Apple Notes. Reminders. Nothing beats writing it down on paper and ticking it off. Looking back through old planners is mad. I've got pages where I wrote "get a grad job" or "buy my car" or "book a driving lesson." Those were my goals back then. Where we broke then down into small tasks I ticked off day by day until I got there. Goals for the year mean nothing without monthly, weekly and daily actions. Plan your week. Look back on Friday. You'll realise you did way more than you thought. I've bought this planner for three of my mates. Hoping it changes their year the way it changed mine.

Everyone said robots would take the easy jobs first. Instead, AI went straight for the people with degrees. Development. Editing. Legal. Medical advice. Animation. All of them. @Replit made a production-quality animation the other day. No studio or team, just AI prompts and a script. We're absolutely cooked. When AI/Robotics first started making noise, everyone assumed it would replace factory workers and cashiers first. That's not what happened. It went straight for the difficult jobs. I'm not saying developers, lawyers, or doctors aren't needed anymore. But people with lower budgets are using AI instead of hiring agencies, consultants, and freelancers. And getting 50% of the way there. Developers got the agro first. Now it's spreading across every industry. It's a good thing, people can move faster and be more efficient. But it does raise a question nobody's really answering: what does the job market actually look like in 5 years? Something to think about...

Another story from the community. We met Jacob at uni, literally through a group project. He was the guy carrying the work, quietly putting in effort while most people did the bare minimum. No hype. Just output. That was the first signal.

That changed everything. Clients started coming from: • referrals • LinkedIn • events • past work speaking for itself He wasn’t begging for opportunities, people could see what he could do. And when it came to jobs? Web3 cared less about his degree… and more about what he’d built.

Jacob went from a uni project… to freelancing… to working on real Web3 teams (including Ethereum-aligned projects). That’s why we built DeCentral Hub. Not for theory. Not for vibes. But to help people build real skills, real leverage, and real outcomes. If you want to hear Jacob break this down properly, watch the full interview 👇 youtu.be/QYOoRCxHTRw?si=bmyl…

the founder story: Before DeCentral Hub was a community… Before the clients, the workshops, the wins… There was just @decentraldola in uni, trying to learn software engineering the hard way. Solo. Quiet. Siloed. And realising something early: LEARNING ALONE IS SLOWER THAN LEARNING TOGETHER.

Going full-time wasn’t the hard part, the hard part was the freedom. No boss, timetable or structure. If you don’t work, you don’t eat. If you’re inconsistent, you're COOKED. And then there’s the invisible pressure: rejection, silence, unanswered DMs… and still having to show up like it’s fine.

Dola’s north star is simple: freedom. Freedom to work from anywhere. Build anywhere. Live anywhere. And that’s the DNA of DeCentral Hub: A place where people stop trying to figure it out alone and start building skills, confidence, and real opportunities together. Because the goal isn’t just to “learn about Web3”… It’s to become the person who can win in it.

"Babe wake up $BTC is sitting under $80k" It’s mad how quickly you can tell who was OVERLEVERAGED. (sorry if this is you...) The timeline changed instantly. One minute it’s “we’re so back” and the next it’s group therapy and conspiracy threads. And what’s funny is… we’ve literally seen this before. Remember 2021: 69k → nuke → recovery → new highs. Rinse and Repeat. But people still treat every dip like the world is ending because they weren’t investing, they were gambling their rent on BTC flipping $100k. There’s a lesson in that. If your conviction disappears with a red candle, it was never conviction. It was a position size problem. (That's what she said)

We built this community to fill in a critical gap that exists within crypto careers All the resources are out there There’s amazing platforms like Cyfrin Updraft Yet even after going through the material most people are still unqualified to break into a crypto career
story time: Earlier this year, Jordan joined the DeCentral Hub community while finishing his Master’s in Computer Science. Fast forward a few months… He’s landed a role as a Cryptocurrency Intelligence Analyst at Elliptic. This is his story 👇

Jordan’s journey is just getting started, but this is exactly why we built Decentral Hub. Real skills, guidance and outcomes. If you want to hear Jordan break this down himself, the full interview is live on YouTube.
