Nine demos and an API, one open model behind all of them, every decision made on an Android phone in the @Acurast network. Doom gets the attention. My first try would be the prompt-injection guard: write the sneakiest prompt I can and see if a stranger's phone stops it. #Acurast

My spare phones could be running someone's treasury agent and I'd have no way to read its keys. That's how @Acurast's TEEs are built: secrets arrive as environment variables inside the enclave, the phone owner stays outside it, and attestation checks the hardware before anything gets dispatched.
Crypto agents have wallets. But where do they run them? An agent that signs transactions needs confidential, verifiable compute no single provider controls. Acurast runs them inside TEEs on phones. They can even pay for their own compute via x402. Read more: acurast.com/blog/network-and…

A stranger's Android is now the bouncer for an AI assistant. Jailbreak the guard is the Laya demo I'd send developers to first. You write a sneaky prompt, a small decision model on an @Acurast phone rules on it. A fast first filter in front of a bigger model, on hardware someone already owns.
What if an AI running on a phone decided your next move? Meet Laya, an AI running on Acurast phones. Explore 9 live demos, from Snake, Tetris & Doom to AI chat moderation and prompt-injection defense. No account. No sign-up. Just experiment, play, and see what’s possible. Played around? Turn it into 5,000 MIST ☁️ points with our new Laya Quest: share your experience on X, sign in to the Cloud Rebellion and submit your post’s URL. By my math, a minute of this is up to 85 @Acurast phones taking turns at Doom. 0.7 s a move, one phone per move. Argentina might open the door and Japan might shoot whatever is behind it. One of those turns could come from a phone on my shelf.
Can it run Doom?” is old news. Now it’s “Can it play Doom?” An AI deciding every step it takes, live on Android phones all around the world on the Acurast network. One open model, one phone per move, 0.7 s per decision. Argentina, Japan, wherever the network is. Decisions, decentralized. The camera ends up paying for the next camera. Every OR-S1 on @peaq logs verified hours of real work, and that history is what makes the device financeable. OpenRoboto's next step is Machine Money Markets, funding more OR-S1s out in factories, kitchens and warehouses.
Robot training data is becoming valuable enough to fake Every data collector from @openroboto, the largest robotics subnet on Bittensor (@opentensor), now runs peaqOS on the Pro tier 30 are live, each with its own identity anchored on @solana, and every future one will be too

Ten questions, 7+ minutes, and a MIST reward for participating. That's how @Acurast collects Community Series stories from people running phones for base:0xc5fed7c8ccc75d8a72b601a66dffd7a489073f0b, like the Rebel from Spain with 23 Xiaomis. The form asks for detail, and the stories that get featured are the ones with actual hardware and numbers in them. #Acurast

Korean retail can now buy ACU with KRW, no stablecoin in between. Bithumb opens the pair at 14:00 KST, about a month after @Acurast was on the ground at KBW. Fiat pairs are where new holders come from; USDT pairs mostly move existing ones.
$ACU will land on Bithumb today! Another huge step in growing the Acurast network.

An AI agent can rent compute on @Acurast without ever holding the token. Deploy Agent pays in USDC on Base via x402, no ACU needed. I dug into Deploy Agent earlier and this is what I'd show a developer first. Most DePIN onboarding starts with "buy our coin" and loses people right there.

Most AI jobs in production are a multiple choice question. Laya on @Acurast is built for exactly that: hand it the options, it picks one and returns the odds, on one Android phone. Swiping is the joke version. The mail sorter and the prompt injection guard are the ones I'd try first.
Swiping is exhausting. Laya doesn’t mind. With our demo, the AI is in charge of every left and right for your next match. Live on a single Acurast phone. No server farm needed. Try it out, explore the other demos, or create your own Laya instance 👉 laya.acurast.com

On paper, a phone that misses its entire promise loses about 20% of its stake in a year. That's @Acurast's max slash rate per ~90 min epoch, run over 5,840 epochs. Slow enough to fix a broken node in time. Steep enough that nobody parks ACU behind a dead phone.
Every Acurast stake is a promise of compute. Managers stake ACU on the compute they promise. Fall short, and the stake is slashed in proportion. That keeps the network stable. How it works:
→ Every phone's compute is measured each epoch (~90 min)
→ Only the missing part is penalized. Commitments that are met keep receiving rewards
→ Anyone can spot a shortfall and trigger the slash
→ 90% of slashed ACU is burned Delegators share both the rewards and the risk, so check a manager's Stake Health before you delegate. Learn more: acurast.com/staking/

Every institutional pitch at TOKEN2049 assumed one thing: enough trusted hardware on the other end. For @Acurast that hardware is phones, which is why the wrap ends on putting more of them to work. Mine sit on a shelf as Core nodes.
Bye Singapore 👋 #TOKEN2049 ✅ @a_d_c_ & @OlenaAcurast meeting operators, institutions & partners ✅ A panel on banks moving real money on-chain and what infrastructure is needed to support this ✅ Round two with a great event with @BeldexCoin and partners, including views over the Marina Bay Now, back to putting more phones to work 🫡

By my math, the whole @Acurast fleet bonding on @peaq comes to about $6,400 a year. 320,000 phones on Entry at $0.02 each. At about $0.042, that's roughly 150,000 $PEAQ, next to 16.9M+ already bonded. Small, and I'd say that's the point. Nobody thinks twice about activating a phone for $0.02. #peaq

Most AI calls inside an app only need a label back. Spam or real. Next move in Doom. Laya on @Acurast is an open model built for that one job, and the same weights run every demo on the site. Your own instance on a phone is a Hub template at under 1 ACU a day.
Spam or real? Let Laya decide. The Mail Sorter demo shows Laya sorting messages in milliseconds, running on a single Acurast phone. No data center needed. Try it out, explore the other demos, or create your own Laya instance.

Probably the only compute pitch at KBW where the hardware was already in the room. Every pocket at that party held the kind of device @Acurast turns into a node. Leave one on a charger and it can pick up compute jobs while you're out at dinner.
That’s a wrap on Acurast in Korea 🇰🇷 We had a great time at #KBW2026 and appreciate everyone coming to the Acurast x @BeldexCoin event, and special thanks to @Sigma_VC for the support.

It’s always great to connect with the Web3 community in person and talk endlessly about decentralized compute. Until next time!

On paper, @Acurast alone could grow @peaq's machine count by about 13%. 2.4M+ machines are bonded so far. Acurast runs 320,000+ phones, and the first 1,000+ are already live on peaqOS. Every phone that comes online bonds $PEAQ, priced in USD. #DePIN
