Shocking service from @SkyUK Still no home connection two weeks after it was due. Help! Now seriously affecting work and life. Has anyone else had this problem? Apparently @SkyHelpTeam are unable to escalate a complaint as everything is automated. #badcustomerservice #sky #skyuk
Ironically the terrible service I’m receiving from @DigitalMoveUK is very different from what they claim, and it is becoming increasingly stressful with deadlines looming and no response to emails. Not even a response from an escalated complaint two weeks ago.
