12 on the 11th????? Wo, scratch that one too. A year older, but more importantly, a year lived. And for that alone, I’m grateful. Happy birthday to the guy who’s still figuring it out but somehow keeps finding his way. 🖤🥂

Mehn social media is so funny You speak about a woman you’ve probably not met and may never meet You speak about her motives like they are yours No compassion, no empathy, no silence (at least) especially in her grief Weird people
There’s a reason I have stayed away from the Toluwanisings funeral controversy , but this excuse from his wife is completely difficult to understand. You can live in your husband’s mansion, use his cars, enjoy his properties and benefits from his bank accounts, but you cannot bear to see the grave of the man you shared a life with? Make it make sense!. In my opinion the reason for this refusal is because she’s planning to sell that property in future, with the grave there it might affect the resale value. You want to remain comfortable with everything he left behind but you can’t stand to see his grave? If the man’s memory is unbearable, why is everything attached to his legacy still acceptable?.

Let me explain to you how bad this thing is… The atmosphere is terribly hot. There’s no light. You decide to buy fuel (IF you can afford it), and it’s 1400 per liter, so there’s only so much you can buy. They bring light eventually but you can’t leave your AC on for long (IF you can afford an AC), because light tariff is high. And if you can afford to run AC for long hours, you end up spending a large chunk of your income on electricity. Not feeding, not housing, not clothing… but electricity so you don’t have a heat stroke. 🙂 And somebody opened mouth to say we should not make enemies of people supporting this administration. Maka chi, if I use the heat that’s doing me and enter you, you’ll be think kpe is a mad woman.

Left work at 4pm, spent three hours in traffic, got home at 7pm, and there’s no light. Been out since 6am BTW and now hustling to get petrol to power generator, so I could catch some rest. It’s 2026, and living in Nigeria still means battling for basic amenities after giving the country your time, energy, and a good chunk of your salary in taxes. You pay through your nose to survive, spend hours fighting traffic, and still come home to a country that cannot guarantee you electricity. And to those who spend their entire lives defending this government out of greed, remember that the consequences of your defence will not end with you. Your children and generations after them will inherit the very suffering you helped sustain. You can sell your conscience for personal gain today, but your descendants will pay the price tomorrow, by God’s grace.
i am always livid when i have had a long day and i get back home to no light, as in no light in 2026, we’re in for it tbh and i really hate it here because how’s electricity still one problem this country is still dealing with in 2026!!!!!🫠

I need people to understand that there’s a time for gist and a time for sharp, straight-to-the-point conversations. Sometimes, I might need an urgent answer or information, and that doesn’t mean I have the time to exchange pleasantries or gist at that particular moment. It doesn’t mean I don’t want to gist with you; it simply means there’s something that needs immediate attention. Believe me, when it’s time for gist, and we are both in sync (in the context of timing), na me go set the table, and shout, “HIT ME, OMO IYA MII!” 😭😂

Carrick’s coaching career at United is just him standing there looking calm while everything around him burns. The job description is basically “former player who doesn’t get sacked.”

I will do my part, show up, and exercise my right to vote. Beyond the noise, the rants, the complaints and the endless blame game, we must understand that our future also depends on what we do with the power we have. You should use your powers too because we cannot keep demanding a better Nigeria while abandoning the very process through which we can demand accountability.

If you’re still supporting and voting APC in 2026/2027, you’re wicked and everyone around you should run away from you.
