🚢 Another Milestone for Mega Port Kandla!
DPA Kandla handed over the Letter of Award (LoA) to M/s Essar Ports Limited for the development of the ₹2,276 Cr Multi-Purpose Cargo Terminal at Tuna Tekra (Kandla), with an annual capacity of more than 18.33 MMT.
The LoA was formally handed over by Shri Sushil Kumar Singh, IRSME, Chairman, DPA, marking another major step towards strengthening India's maritime infrastructure and global trade connectivity.

1️⃣ Sperm takes about 3 months to develop. Lifestyle changes today may take months to show up in sperm quality.
2️⃣ One testicle can be enough. A single healthy testicle can produce enough sperm for natural conception.
3️⃣ Fertility isn't the same as sexual performance. A man can have normal erections and still have low sperm counts.
4️⃣ Fertility can decline before periods become irregular. Regular periods don't guarantee normal egg quality or open fallopian tubes.
5️⃣ Lubricants can matter. Some common lubricants can impair sperm movement in laboratory studies; fertility-friendly options may be preferable when trying to conceive.
