I worried that I’d always feel a deep sadness for the loss of my genetics...
…but so much love & joy has grown around my grief. I've accepted that feelings of genetic loss & triggering moments may not ever fully go away, but they’ve lessened & can co-exist with great happiness.

The impact of infertility is so often unappreciated.
For me, although it wasn’t a life-threatening medical diagnosis, it felt potentially life-limiting & was completely life-changing.
Where nothing changed on the outside, but it felt like everything had changed on the inside.
