The costs of cleaning are suppose to be cover my the nightly rate you charge.
Airbnb owners seem to think the nightly rate is suppose to be pure profit & they shouldn’t have any operating costs.
Sounds good, but now cleaners will have to be paid more and fees will go up.
So not taking out trash, doing dishes is going to cost you more - and my guess is people would rather do 5-10 mins of cleaning than pay an extra $20.

Anyone worried about their kids’ rankings (myself included 😂), should look at the recent cases of Arch Manning and Bruce Underwood. I don’t feel too bad about “pros” with a million-dollar bank account, but man think of the monumental pressure and let down of not living up to those expectations. Hard for any young person to navigate. Sometimes it’s a blessing to be “slept on!” 🤷♂️
