We are shutting down DXB Care.
After running DXB Care for 2 years and serving hundreds of members, we have decided to dissolve DXB Care.

So many folks reached out regarding @Delegate_gg and the specifics on how their services have helped me save $50,000+
While their core concierge services remain exclusive to early patrons + HNIs
They’re launching @getHatchedCo - dedicated service for founders to go 0 -> 1
- Guidance on entity structures, most favourable jurisdictions for a specific business/service type
- Incorporation and entity reporting lifecycle
- Periodic accounting and compliance
- Dedicated support line
@varishbajaj has built team of experts with years of hands on experience doing the hardest things.
I can vouch that they don’t throw random numbers at you, just because they can
.@Delegate_gg and @varishbajaj have saved $50,000+ for me over the last two years.
Across entity registrations, travel, visas, rental agreements, business operation, accounting, legal - life as a whole as founder.
But as a friend, I always pushed Varish to generalise his services and go after larger user base.
He kept pushing back and emphasised that with growing automation most services will be very generic - human expertise will be the key differentiator.
Now after a year I can see what he meant - Delegate (previously DXB Care) has built a clientele of very high quality individuals. Each client itself can pull in dozens of high quality leads purely through word of mouth.
More importantly, Varish has built expertise in certain areas which no personal agent or a generalised concierge service can offer.
I don’t think so Delegate is for everyone but if you are founder/business or make more than $100,000, just Delegate.
If you are someone in my network, I will negotiate hard to get you at least 25% discount to try out the service for a month.
experiences like this are why the team does the late nights.
thank you, Yukta : )
Best thing I experienced in Singapore? Safety.
Walking alone at 3 AM. Cycling around. Stopping for fresh orange juice without constantly looking over my shoulder.
I can’t explain what that feels like as a woman coming from an unsafe environment.
Singapore is so safe, the police probably work from home 😭😂
And none of this would’ve happened without @Delegate_gg - they got me my visa in 2 BLOODY DAYS, a week before my flight.
Door-to-door pickup, zero running around, answers to all my anxious questions + they saved me almost ₹20K.
Cannot recommend them enough 😭🫶
