The whole school came together today to celebrate our World View and Multicultural Day. The children experienced and celebrated the many different traditions, cultures and religions that make up our wonderful school. It really was a very special day for all.
Fantastic class assembly from our Y5/6 class! The children enjoyed sharing their learning and exploring Black History Month. Thank you to all of our families who came along and showed their support.
Happy World Mental Health Day!
Staff and parents celebrated World Mental Health Day with a special #TeaAndTalk event. There was plenty of cake and tea for all to enjoy and the conversation really did flow! Thank you to everyone who provided the delicious cakes for the event.
This week, we had a Speak Out, Stay Safe workshop delivered by the NSPCC. Children learnt how to keep themselves safe and explored where to get help if they needed to.
We love to read at Delta! Our brand new reading zone is already very popular and the children are enjoying browsing, choosing and sharing the books.
We love reading at Delta! Children and their families enjoyed celebrating their love of reading together as part of our Reading Fiesta.
A great start to the new school year! Lovely to see the children enjoying playground games and following our Delta values outside of the classroom.
It was wonderful to see so many parents and carers at our outdoor Performance Poetry event this afternoon! The sun was shining and the children from Year 1 to Year 6 performed their poems beautifully.
