✅️ Returned after a year to Wrestling Open in a #1 contender's match
✅️ Debuted at GCW
✅️ Capped off the weekend by returning home and doing Mystery Wrestling
This weekend meant so much to me in a way that is difficult to quantify. Genuinely thankful to everyone who ever gave me an opportunity in my career and had some belief in me; the gratitude I have for y'all is immeasurable.
Now for a bit of rest and trying to get ontop of my regular work before doing it all over again next weekend:
October 15th - Demand Lucha
October 16th - C4
October 17th - IWS
Thank you ❤️

It's knowing that this can't go on forever,
Likely one of us will have to spend some days alone,
Maybe we'll get forty years together,
But one day I'll be gone,
Or one day you'll be gone.

As a social media mutiny of my marathon matches transpires Dave Meltzer had this to say about me in the newsletter this week:
“Janela can fool you as far as how good someone he works with truly is”
Craziest compliment I’ve gotten in a while, put it on my gravestone haha 🤣

I was given the mic before each match at @DemandLucha
I had the room angry yet laughing so hard that after 3 shows I was cheered more than most babyfaces.
The “funny cause it’s true” element is gone now. Yall Canucks are ready to see a great American heel get my ass kicked 🤣
