Check out our latest tenant buildout for ASCO Numatics located in our Novi Corporate Campus in Novi. This project consisted of the renovation of 30,000 SF of office space with the capability of housing up to 300 people.

Crews are finishing up epoxy flooring at one of our 20,000 SF facilities in Livonia for our new tenant, CNH Industrial. This renovation included transforming a former 3,600 SF office space area into to warehouse area.

On Tuesday, we successfully hoisted and placed four 30-ton Rooftop units at our State of Michigan DHHS project in Detroit. The weather could not have been any better.
We are in the process of putting the finishing touches on our Marelli Project. Installation of the building signage has been completed. Check out the photos below!
