The first week of Hispanic Heritage Month we focused on biographies: what they are, how they’re organized and where they are in our library. Then I shared Queen of Tejano Music: Selena. When I played a clip of her singing, these kids were all in! @CarrollFISD

Last week we read the book I See by Joe Cepeda and the students used magnifying glasses to better see the barcodes on the back of the library books. Plus they enjoyed reading with them! 📚🔍
