I am so annoyed by these fitness and health influencers who suggest the “right” way to eat and work out, and then you find out that many of them are on peptides, testosterone, and other hormones — and that’s how they actually make progress.
I just tested Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Watch against each other for 2 weeks straight and what i dont get is the huge difference on calories and steps at every device.
Shouldnt this be as easy as it gets?
My whole food circle could depend on it.
I think its dishonest to diss serena williams for making an ad for a diet pill/weight loss shot. Its her joice, her body and its definitely better and healthier for her.
I dont get the critizm.
The anthropic superbowl commercial reminds me of an episode from black mirror, season 7, episode 1. A near-dead woman gets implanted a chip with a monthly subscription. Because she and her husband cant afford it any longer, she randomly speaks ads during the day.
I just heard @ronzheimer new Episode with Felix Banaszak and even though I agree with most listeners that he interupted him too many times the conversation had a lot of hard takes.
I cant agree with how the far left and far right are arguing on social, podcasts and the parlament
My bet for Djokovic vs. Sinner is on the Djoker, and for Alcaraz vs. Musetti, of course it’s on Alcaraz.

"Perfection is impossible.
In the 1,526 singles matches I played in my career, I won almost 80% of those matches.
But what percentage of points did I win?
54%
In other words, even top ranked tennis players win barely more than half the points they play.
When you lose ever second point on average, you learn not to dwell on every shot.
You teach yourself to think:
'Okay, I double faulted...it's only a point.'
'Okay, I came to the net and I got passed again...it's only a point.'
Even a great shot, an overhead backhand smash that ends up on ESPN's top 10 playlist – that too is just a point.
Here's why I'm telling you this.
When you're playing a point, it has to be the most important thing in the world. And it is.
But when it's behind you, it's behind you.
This mindset is crucial – because it frees you to fully commit to the next point with intensity, clarity, and focus."
