Organised events are vital to the UK economy:
6th largest sector in the UK
Worth over £70 billion
Employs over 600,000
Business events alone generate £32 billion and support thousands of companies and jobs. We must protect the events industry.

Organised events don't just grow economies, they leave a lasting legacy.
The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park was created for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
In 2019 it hosted two Major League Baseball (MLB) Games which generated £9.5 million for the UK economy.
