Dear property developers & city planners,
When you’re creating gated community residential areas in a busy city if you don’t design duka zones for the workers servicing those communities ugly kiosks will always be erected along the perimeter walls.
Learn & Design for everyone
As the Nation of Kenya celebrates its’ Shujaa’s, we choose to celebrate the dreamers, the designers, the mentors, the teachers, and everyone whose passions and zeal for design inspire us to be brave, bold and fearless.

Sometimes the thing that changes the world around us is how we view the bigger picture. Can you see the hand of creation in your work? What inspires your work? What inspires you to stitch things together? #AfrikanDesign #DKS #DesignLeadership
Design helps us tell our story because it gives us the voice we need to change the world. How do you express your ideas? What did your last design say about you to the world? #AfrikanDesign #DKS #DesignLeadership
We can only produce what is in us and we connect to that by listening with all of us. Listen, connect, learn, prototype then produce. #AfrikanDesign #DKS #DesignLeadership
Our inspiration as Afrikan designers comes from the core of our being and our culture is that core. We must learn to dig deep and connect to that inspiration to chart the course of our lives. #AfrikanDesign #DKS #DesignLeadership #inspiration
