The people cannot call out ladybug for something she doesn't remember that she did in the past and still affects the present. Also Forget about the critic on the stalking look at the BIGGEST ISSUE. Yes she would be logically locked away because she decided to polish the Person who almost began WW3 and all nations had their people under attack by his perfect alliance. The leaders would not care that she's a child with the things they've seen ladybug do and how she thinks and says things they can easily label her liable just like adults based on maturity and understanding of the problem at hand to a political degree. I mean she legit had a press meeting while Chat Noir and any other hero has never had these and she herself in London does claim that the world will only know what ladybug will tell it "her words will be the truth" as almost all Monarchs and leaders basically say to themselves when they control the narrative of their nation and their people, only in this case it's the entire Miraculous World of Earth. As for how Adrien should react, that's easy to imagine as the show has already shown us how he handles things. S1-6 "I hate secrets" "I hate being told what to do how to think" "I hate being lied to" Literally Vampigami and Heartfixer are proof enough of how he would react. London 2.0 but far worse because he would find out she: 1. Lied to him like Gabriel. 2. Kept it all a secret like Gabriel. 3. Control what he thinks just like Gabriel. If he doesn't have a massive Crash out on her then the show is already rewriting his character and making a dumb ass decision because to a lot of people who do look at the deeper picture of miraculous, that would be underwhelming and not even satisfying which is something i see miraculous doing and the fans have every right to call this out when it happens. On another note Yes Adrien is a red flag, because if he had any self awareness and actually a realistic point of view on how relationships go, he would have dumped Marinette after The Illustrator cuz who tf keeps a girl that ditched him on their date! Heartfixer showed he breaks up because of "her not being honest with him" but apparently he's perfectly fine with being left alone and his date going who knows where for hours and coming back later as if nothing had happened. They are made for each other because of how problematic both of them are. The writers try to put effort in this show, but thanks to Mr. Astruc's posts on socials, everyone and their mother knows he doesn't watch his own show and fans point out obvious flaws that he later retcons and makes excuses to save himself. The only reason many don't think it's a big deal is because "it's a kid show" to which idgaf I'll still treat it like I personally treat any other show and put expectations on it when there's clear potential there. The fandom can be stupid that much is true with a lot of examples one being Thomas glaze the others being Félix, Chloè, Marinette and Adrien. Nowadays a massive part of the fandom is jumping Alya which I find dumb asf because it's hypocritical given if they were in her shoes they'd be doing the same she did if not worse or watered down but still the same concept. For Chloè it was kinda indicated for her to have a redemption, but honestly i saw that as more the writers playing with a character they never planned on redeeming. It's like giving someone a gift for a time to see how they would react and then taking it away just for the reaction. A rather dumb storytelling decision as Chloè had potential they never explored. And Félix... oh the stupidity of the writing team to not give him an apology scene... he got redeemed over Chloè why? Because off-screen he decided to have a change of heart after S4 and not want to ruin everyone's life anymore instead his goal was now to save his cousin from his evil father. This character is just a mess overall. S3, he is introduced out of nowhere and apparently hates everyone including his cousin, since he mocked his ass. S4 he comes back out of nowhere and thinks "Yeah my uncle is shadowmoth" how? Never explained plotline, one can argue because his father used the peacock and so and so but that would mean Amalie knew Gabe was Hawkmoth since day 1 too, but did jack shit about it. And in the end of S4 he now stole the miraculous and gave them away to Shadowmoth. S5 he returns again out of the blue and decides "let me just kill every human being i can, since lb won't give me her miraculous" war criminal phase. But it's all revealed to be because he wants the best for Adrien and now Kagami who is also like him and so he has a change of heart only for his kind the sentis, until they tell him he is wrong and needs to stop, but what ultimately does it for him is that he thinks he can't control his own power which leads to panic and fear that ends up solving the issue. And by the end of S5 he apologized to Marinette off-screen according to #HIM and Marinette forgave him about the Attempted SA, the rude mockery of Adrien, the near extinction of mankind and stealing the miraculous. As easy as that off-screen he said "I'm sorry" with a tear and she said "it's fine i forgive you," they hug and the off-screen scene ends. Miraculous writing a term that should be in the Oxford dictionary that means: "A show that is written terribly inconsistent with its previously established plot and logic, which is a mess due to retcon and character assassinations along with massive plot armor for both the heroes and villains. The creator of such a show cares not for the show or the fan's critic, but rather only about what he thinks in his own fantasy world of what a "good written show is." Such a writer is a big narcissist and hypocrite since his fantasies change with every season he writes. A character can change off-screen with no story development and a character can do something that contradicts their previous characteristics." The fandom may be bad, but that's due to the stupidity of the creator who is just like them. idc if people tell me I'm treating the show as if it were a mature realistic show, This is the facts for that world and a writer and a fandom cannot call such a show well written if these issues are present because well written means "Objectively there is almost no issue that can be criticized" and Miraculous is not that so i will critic it however i want if people dare to call it "well written."
