I used to hit bed by 8.30-9.30 atleast until 2017. 🙂 Just used to wake up early for study holidays or exam days and will take afternoon naps and power naps on those days too. Sleep is the best friend for studies.

It is unique to India that children sleep as late as 10-11 pm. Kids in the western world are on the bed at 8 - 8:30 pm. So they are able to complete their sleep requirements & make it to school on time. Kids bodies release HGH during deep sleep cycles usually around 10 pm - 2 am.
