Most traders focus on the trade.
The work that keeps people on a desk happens before the open and after the close.
Most traders don't improve because nobody's looking at what they're doing.
Every trader on our desk sits down with a performance manager on a regular basis.
They'll pick up on the habits you can't see when you're in the middle of it.
If you're not sure you have edge, we're not the place to find out. It's like interviewing for a job you're not sure you can actually do. You might get through, but it'll show once you start. Trading works the same way.
We're after traders who know they've got edge and are looking for capital, room to scale and proper performance management.
We're not after traders who just want to keep recycling evaluations, hoping one withdrawal covers what the last ten cost them. This is not trading.

Not a problem at all. We do have traders on the desk who aren’t fluent in English. The only thing to know is that you’ll have regular check-ins with a performance manager but basic English is fine and translation tools work well for anything written.
It amazes us how often we hear from traders who make money but can't withdraw it.
At TDD it's simple: "If you make it, you keep it".
Pass the assessment. Trade real capital in a sub-account under your name.
No withdrawal caps. No moving the goalposts after a good month.
There's a huge difference between trading on SIM versus live. To get you there faster, at TDD we've halved the target to $10k and cut minimum trading days from 60 to 0.

Everything is provided. Our traders do not pay anything out of pocket.
When we say “compound,” it’s not about policy it’s just how some junior professionals manage themselves early on. A few choose to leave some profits in as a mental buffer while they’re getting comfortable trading real size. We scale based on performance, but for newer traders, that small cushion can help them trade with more confidence. There’s nothing wrong with that.
We don’t scale traders based on how much they leave in the account, scaling is purely performance driven.

Yes, absolutely. This is exactly who we’re looking for. We don’t expect anyone to have it all figured out. Raen is a launchpad for talented traders who want to keep refining. We work with our traders every day to get better. Passing the assessment is just the first hurdle. We have a real focus on development, not gatekeeping.
