I’m such a fan of this lady and I appreciate her solutions-based suggestions at the end. I also question why we can’t all co-exist . . . those individuals that raise the biggest fuss over influencers are, for the most part, targeting a different audience.

Anecdotal observation but everyone I know in the wine industry who is employed is both grateful & also carrying at least 2x-10x the workload. Conversely the unemployed are full of anxiety & working 2x-10x to find/make opportunities to be employed. Be kind. Everyone is tired.

I usually point to the high amount of sulfites in orange juice and dried fruits as my counter-example to the age-old "But sulfites..." complaint. However, I love that The Wine Chemist uses bacon here. Just need to figure out what serving size this is based on.
