Great Team Effort! Iron Soldier challenge

Someone please help me. Are we allowed to administer an APFT for a soldier who is trying to increase his/her promotion points? From what I read in the ALARACT the AFCT will not count for Points till 1 April 2023. Open discussion and Interpretation is encouraged! #Army #ACFT #APFT
