Before you write another tweet crying about Solana versus RH, stop and look at what you actually reward. We keep saying memes have lost their culture. We all ask for original narratives, real artists, and real conviction. Then those things appear in front of us, and we wait for someone else to believe before us? FRUG was born on X on August 9, 2024. Today is Day 754. For 753 days, I kept drawing Frug when almost nobody was watching. I drew him while I barely had money, while people close to me thought I had lost my mind, and while every sensible voice told me to let it go. I still kept fkin going... Now somehow true trench believers have given Frug a stage, given me a little attention, and you think I will somehow relax? NO! You have made me impossibly cracked. Cracked enough to work harder than I did when nobody cared. Cracked enough that some of you secretly wish you could believe in something this deeply! I hope you find that kind of passion in your own life. This high cannot be bought. It comes from carrying something through humiliation, loneliness and failure until one day other people finally see what you were seeing. I do not believe Frug merely “belongs in the trenches.” I believe FRUG is one of the strongest narratives ever created inside them. An artist / trader who was rugged repeatedly drew a frog for 753 days. The frog carried the anger, embarrassment and strange refusal to stop believing. Now other FRUGS are emerging with their own scars, telling their own stories and speaking about Frug without waiting for instructions. I am only the hand that drew him. The feeling ALREADY belonged to all of us. Amazing stories begin when an idea stops depending on its creator. I can already see Frugs moving through timelines, entering conversations and explaining “fuck rugs” in ways I never could. So yes, look at your social meme résumé. If you preach conviction but only support it after you see a green candle, well then all your conviction tweets are decorations. If you praise artists but ignore their work while it is small, your praise has no meaning. If you complain that memes have lost their culture while refusing to stand beside anything with history, pain and a human hand behind it, maybe the problem is closer than Solana or RH. Of course, PnL shows what you made. But your social trading history shows what you stood beside. Social trading has receipts now, and people can see on @fomo or @Pumpfun the distance between what we preach and what we actually are! FRUG Plan for the Coming Week Hi guys. I want to start sharing a plan like this every week so you know what I’m working on and where FRUG is moving. Nothing here is set in stone. Art has a habit of changing the plan while you are making it. Still, I want you to see what is happening behind the scenes. You should know by now that I love to work. I love to create. If I am not sleeping, eating or fucking, I am probably creating something. So the plan is simple. 1. Two live art sessions I will do two live art sessions this week. One will be dedicated to creating a Pumpfun banner. I don’t know whether Pumpfun will use it, but I think the process itself could be interesting. Other communities can join, watch their characters enter the banner and see the whole thing come to life. Which brings us organic traction! I also want to stream it on Pumpfun Live. Maybe it gets noticed. Maybe it gets used. Maybe it simply becomes a good piece of art that brings different communities into the same room. All three outcomes are good for us. 2. The first handmade Frug puppet A lot of you may not know that I also make strange puppets. When I was a kid, I used to pick up puppets and perform stories for other kids. Slowly, I began designing my own. Now I make weird creatures that probably should not exist, which usually means I am doing something right. I have ordered the materials for the first Frug . I will begin making it this week and share the process as it develops. 3. Two 1/1 NFTs for solid holders I want to start creating original 1/1 NFTs for people who have shown real conviction in FRUG. I’m considering holders with 1% or more, but wallet size alone will not decide it. I want to see people who are active, have skin in the game and have built enough of a public history for me to believe they are here for longer than a few days. We will begin with one this week. 4. Two Frugugu NFTs give away for early Bagworkers I will also give away two Frugugu NFTs to people I see actively helping FRUG. A PFP can do something strange to the person wearing it. Sometimes it helps you recognize a side of yourself before you know how to explain it. It can also tell other people something about you before you write a single word. Frugugu has a supply of only 390, and I hold a limited number that I can give away. I have to be careful with them. These will go to early Bagworkers whose effort can actually be seen. 5. Build your own Frug I have already drawn many traits for the Frug collection. I want to explore a simple tool where people can choose from those traits, build their own Frug and download it as a profile picture. Every part would still come from my original hand-drawn work, but each person could put the pieces together differently. I want to see hundreds of strange Frugs moving across timelines and entering places I could never reach alone. 6. FRUG stories and Fruglightenment I will keep writing about the things I feel, the things I have learned and the strange positivity I have managed to find after two years of living slightly detached from ordinary reality. I call that state Fruglightenment. I also want to hear your side of it. You can write about: What makes you feel like a FRUG? What has FRUG taught you? How did you find FRUG, and why are you still here? What does being a Bagworker mean to you? What happened in your life that made you understand the tired frug? Write it in your own words. It does not need to sound polished or promotional. A real personal story will travel further than fifty people repeating the same line. 7. One focused community spotlight each day Each day, we can choose one person or community we genuinely want to introduce to FRUG. Before writing anything, take a little time to understand them. Read what they post. See what they care about. Find the honest connection between their world and ours. Then write , in your own words. We want to be remembered for having something real to say, not because we became impossible to mute. If you want someone to understand FRUG, you have to speak from your own FRUG state of mind. I have much more I want to write, draw and physically build. I am slightly cracked like that. I also want to do the kind of work I would expect from any dev whose project I was in. Lets start the week with a bang! Lets make everyone say : FUCK RUGS!

I want you to know that this place still has magic! We were just numb for so long that we forgot what a long-awaited victory feels like. We forgot delayed gratification. We got addicted to clicking and winning in three seconds, then losing everything in one. But some feelings cannot be rushed. FRUG was made from our blood, sweat and tears. Every emotion you felt when you got rugged, when someone took everything and left you with nothing, when you tried to do everything right but still ended up standing there as if you were the one who did something wrong. I took all of that and turned it into the ink that drew FRUG. That is the power of art. When you look at him, I want you to feel it. I want you to recognize something you survived too. You have to know what drinking water feels like after walking 40 kilometres. What it feels like to bagwork alone for 2 years while nobody is watching, then wake up and see the character you believed in everywhere on your timeline! This is not one artist’s victory. This belongs to every bagworker who kept showing up. Everyone who fought for one small piece of recognition, one reason to continue, one sign that all those quiet days meant something. You are FRUG. This is your moment too. The trenches are waking up. The times are changing. Soon they will understand why we stood back up and said: FUCK RUGS! 🐸
