YELLING LOUD THINGS ABOUT EQUITY AND INCLUSION!
Just kidding, but really, you should listen to what @Steve_Dangle has to say about the importance of hockey working on its journey to inclusion.

Congratulations to the choir members and Mme. Dewit for all their hard work in preparation and performance of O Canada at last nights Gens game. The great singing performance surely helped towards an impressive 7-2 win over the Soo Greyhounds. Amazing work everyone!
Hey @RogersHelps, I still have no wifi and one of my devices can't access data. Cell phone can make calls but texts are going through hours later...I seriously hope you will not be charging anyone for data this month!!!
Voyageur Challenge is complete with 5km Friday, 10km Saturday and 21.1km today. Sore legs and feet but, worth it to conquer back to back to back races! No PBs set, it was all about getting it done! #voyageurchallenge @OttawaMarathon
Only 2 more weeks until race day! Last long run of training is done with a lovely 20km Saturday. Time to taper and get set for the Voyageur Challenge! @OttawaMarathon
Solo 18km LSD to finish run #3/3. Tough, but it gave me an idea how my legs will feel on race weekend when I run three races back to back to back. Time now to put my feet up and eat all the food. #rungry #voyageurchallenge @OttawaMarathon @runottawa
Triple up training weekend has begun! 4km steady run for run #1/3 as I continue to train for the Voyageur Challenge. #Istarthere @OttawaMarathon

Ford praised the Minister of Ed and his team for the remarkable job they’ve done with on-line learning.
Let me be clear Doug... teachers, education workers, and parents have made on-line learning work! They have spent months cleaning up the mess and the chaos of your Minister!
Our staff room only allows 6 people. The same size room allows 25 unmasked students during lunch. I was absent 3 days this school year, because I was in quarantine waiting for Covid test results after being exposed at school. My smallest class has 26 kids. Lecce has no idea!
In his presser today the Minister of Education said that class sizes are at 15, that teachers are congregating, unmasked, in staff rooms, and that absenteeism is at 40%! #Speechless yet again after another press conference full of unsubstantiated, false, statements!

6km tempo #solorun this morning. I'm going to miss these solo morning runs when I'm back to work!
Such a hot day for a 14km LSD run but it was worth it because I got to see some of the Oshawa @RunningRoom crew on the trails!
