Your helpful reminder that if you have a 16 year old at home who is going to go on to A levels or similar you need to tell gov.uk or they stop your child benefit at the end of August. Worth going through the 7 circles of identification hell to get the money.

There's no convention that can be left that can solve this anyway, as non-refoulement is a binding norm of customary international law. This ironically risks the UK becoming an unsafe third country for refugees itself, as they would be at risk of indirect refoulement via Rwanda.
