A drilling crew cut a fibre connection that has left an entire data centre without service - many service providers and their customers are also without Internet. Our technicians remain onsite. Thank you for your continued patience.
At this time, some of our customers may be experiencing a regional Internet outage. Our technicians are onsite working on repairing a fibre cable that was cut, likely by construction crews in the area. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
