Remember when I said that Ukrainians need to do more to resist these kidnappings off the streets? I take all of that back.
I now realize that one of the reasons why the majority of Ukrainians don’t just rise up and overthrow their government, is they are too scared for very legitmate reasons.
They know that their own Nazi government, however unpopular, enjoys the entire might of Western civilization at its back, and covering up its massive crimes.

Things are getting super Muslim weird in NYC.
A couple of nights ago I was at a Michelin starred Spanish restaurant off Union Square with my 60-something year old friend, a sweet, soft-spoken, churchgoing lady who’d been my late mom’s home health aide for years.
We were speaking quietly, as we always do, and the restaurant is small and loud at dinner time.
I was looking at the menu for dessert wines & told my girlfriend, “I want a Spanish wine, not from an area that uses Moroccan labor”.
Within a minute the manager arrived with the check and said, “Leave right now!”
Shocked, I asked, “Why?”.
No such thing had ever happened to me in my life.
He said, “You were speaking ill of Muslims!”
I said, “I was looking at the wine menu”.
“Leave right now!”, he yelled in front of the other customers, who stared in surprise themselves.
We were so shocked & ashamed to be getting kicked out of a restaurant, that I just clicked my usual 30% tip on the screen and we left.
They’d even charged us for desserts we never got before we were kicked out.
This at a Michelin starred restaurant in Manhattan, all because I quietly told my friend I wanted a Spanish wine not from an area where they use Moroccan labor.
It’s getting very weird and bad in Manhattan.

1. As a woman I have benefited A LOT from patriarchy eg if I enter a room and there are 5 men and 1 chair, all 5 men will say I should sit. My clients love going to police stations and other law enforcement with me because they know the officers will be nice to me and that invariably means nicer treatment for them. Benefits of patriarchy.
2. Patriarchy is why I can ask a random man to help me reverse my car (🥲🥲don’t judge me, that is the worst part of driving), and he will gladly do it. I have never changed a Tyre in my life why? If I have a flat on the road, I won’t spend up to 5 minutes before a man will pull over and help me fix my spare for free.
3. Because of patriarchy, women like me in male dominated fields are treated like eggs. 10 criminal litigation lawyers, 9 are men, 1 is me. They will say “let the woman go first”, “a beautiful woman should not be stressed, who did you come to bail from cell?” Sharp sharp I don finish dey go. Even male judges joke with you more when you’re for eg the only female in court.
4. Clients pay more because they know a woman will make it easier for them. Client don ever add additional 200k to my fee because we went together when he was invited to SARS and he noticed how everyone was nice and he wasn’t maltreated because of my presence.
Men (patriarchy) are always nice to me (a woman) and I have benefited more from patriarchy than actual men themselves 😂😂
It is women who are liabilities that complain of patriarchy.
