I have been let go from Dexerto after over two years at the website.
I have delivered some banger stories and insightful coverage of the broader esports ecosystem and will thread some of my best work below.
I am open to talking to anyone about open positions or leads for other jobs in esports, gaming, journalism or media.
Professional update 🚨🚨🚨
I have started working in a content/ marketing position outside of esports.
I don’t think I’m done with journalism or writing just yet, especially long-form in-depth projects.
But I am done with the grind of esports/ gaming for now.

Had a long conversation with @RyanAtRBM late last year, about Dust2, money, work addiction, hostile readers and major retraction-worthy mistakes.
Ryan was really very candid — which I appreciate.

Jackeylove said on stream that LPL will have 1v1s to decide side select next year. This was already implemented in VCS for game 1 side select and PCS for game 3 side select.
I think this is great and legitimises one of the most popular modes in League.

1/4 The shift in DOT's oversight of airlines & protection of passengers since 2022 is the most noteworthy governmental transformation I've seen in 24 years of passenger advocacy since joining Consumer Reports in 2000. Pete Buttigieg oversaw this. (I'm the "I" in the headline.)
