My friend @GabrielBuule , alleges that there is no evidence against Magogo for gross misappropriation of football funds and linking him to the dodgy TV broadcast deals. You will be shocked. Let me give you some evidence in his own words and in official records Magogo himself admitted while appearing on @NBSportUg that he owns PearlSporto, the same company that later became Satellite Plus and later FUFA media services to receive money from StarTimes meant for @UPL clubs. His using that StarTimes money meant for @UPL clubs to pay himself USD 400,000 per game produced in the Uganda Premier League. So he is the FUFA President, who negotiates the TV deals on behalf of the clubs, then owns the company that gets the production contract where his a principal signatory, then pays himself from the clubs' money. That is textbook conflict of interest and taking advantage for his private gains. This was uncovered by the award-winning @DailyMonitor sports journalist @TheLoveDre . URSB documents show PearlSporto, Satellite Plus and other companies linked to Magogo all share the SAME business address. The paper trail is at URSB for anyone to verify. So when we say misappropriation, it's not an accusation. It's documented. You can't be FUFA President, own the broadcaster's local agent, and pay yourself $400k from the league's broadcast money while clubs get peanuts. The IGG investigation is long overdue. @RugyendoQuotes @OgwangOgwang @Damba_Allan @JustGystin @AKasingye @DNyeko @DifferenceOffi3 #FUFAFiles
