Change starts with you. If you want a better self, you have to be the change you want to see. I do my best to not listen to the scale and pay attention to how my clothes fit and the weight I’m pushing in the gym. Don’t be too hard on yourself.
Always great to reach out to our local Police Department to talk about @FirstNet as well as show appreciation for the dedication they give to keep us safe! #thankyou #lifewithATT
After 4 years, it was time for a change. New year equals new haircut! My beautiful wife is to thank for the great new do!
What better way to reach out and support the community than to set up a table at the University Student Resource Fair! Proud to keep our students connected with family and friends!

Growth is important; personally, professionally, mentally, and physically.
Today I celebrate 9 years with AT&T and I could not have gotten where I am in life without some phenomenal leadership along the way. Here’s to many more!
#thankful
(I’d tag them all if I could)
This weekend I pushed myself and set a new PR on squat of 405lbs. I know to some that’s not a lot, but with a surgically repaired knee and mentally being cautious of how hard I push my knee, I’m very happy with this lift. Now, to aim for 500lbs! Thanks for the spot dad!
I train every day mentally and physically to be the best I can be. Always gotta grow. #dobetter @TextBookCook98
Thankful for the opportunities that AT&T bring me. For example; being able to take my son to his (and mine) first MLS game for the @stlCITYsc against KC! Very blessed. Thank you @KattiaS_Ramirez and @TextBookCook98 for the ability to make these memories.

Rolla’s getting outside the four walls to support our local crafts fair and spread the AT&T love before Valentine’s Day! ❤️

Small personal request. I don’t typically like to do this but if I could get all the positive vibes sent my family’s way. We’ve been without power in these frigid temps since 7am yesterday. It would be much appreciated.
