.@EUCouncil I do not want to offend, BUT why don't you ask the real experts on digital money. Sorry to say it, but building on the current system, is just totally non sensical. It does not have an edge at all. It is only about control, not adding any new value. This is not real innovation, and charging 1 trillion for it, is non sensical.
Digital money needs to have the same properties as cash. Otherwise, it cannot be called money.
For this you need to run it directly on a super decentralised chain, with permissionless access, proofs and composability and full integrations. Naturally, by design.
