For more than 75 years, Ruger has been proud to build firearms in America, carrying forward a tradition of innovative design, quality craftsmanship and American manufacturing.
As America celebrates 250 years, we’re proud to reflect on the role Ruger has played in that story and the generations of shooters who have been part of ours. #NationalRugerDay

Highland Park. Under the Highland Park Bridge. Animal Control called in and said that they have a pelican which escaped from the Pittsburgh Zoo and it's swimming in the river. They would like River Rescue to help get it back.

Michael Pittman Jr. on Mike McCarthy teaching team about Pittsburgh history: "He educated us on the history of the steel mills, how Pittsburgh was built on the steel production. We learned the mills once produced 75% of America's steel, which basically built America, and that it supported a lot of jobs. And when the mills closed down, it forced Pittsburgh to really rally, because their industry that kept them afloat all of a sudden just shut down. He illustrated how resilient Pittsburgh is and how the team really takes on the attitude of the city. I didn't really know the history. I knew Pittsburgh was a steel production town, but I didn't know the level. It gave us a background and showed us the attitude that Pittsburgh has." #Steelers #NFL
