What are the rules on fining businesses for refusing service at vets, opticians etc, will look up later as it used to carry a fine of up to Β£8000!
Wow....fuming, just been made to sit outside a vets in the cold, my dog was shivering, waiting for his appointment. I was then told i have to wait outside while my dog was treated as I wasn't wearing a mask. I had my exemption card on too.
