So @veefriends is 151 days old .. I have a forever strategy .. fair to say it’s early.. the same is going on for dozens of projects .. the speed of information and the “fast mentality” is causing for opportunities and vulnerabilities .. give it some thought.. too much daily …

Makes sense tbh
Only taxpayers should be allowed to vote. Anyone on welfare benefits should forfeit their right to vote until they are off of government assistance.

Everyone talks about mass unskilled immigration to Europe, but the reality is much worse. Skilled Europeans, engineers, researchers, entrepreneurs, are leaving in large numbers. High marginal tax rates that treat additional earnings and business success primarily as a fiscal resource, layered with heavy regulation and a left cultural climate that views high productivity with suspicion, make them emigrate. Countries which reward hard work and entrepreneurship instead of punishing them with obscene taxes, become attractive destinations. At the same time, many European welfare systems offer relatively unconditional lifelong benefits. This creates a huge pull for lower-skilled migration that does not require the same language, credentials, or immediate labor-market contribution. PISA data shows persistent and large achievement gaps between immigrant-background and native students in reading, mathematics, and science in numerous European countries. First-generation students frequently score even below basic proficiency and functional literacy thresholds. High-value industries like advanced manufacturing, software, biotech, precision engineering require a skilled workforce. How can Europe stay competitive and prosperous if the best talent has had enough of the left nonsense and emigrates, replaced by largely illiterate inflows?

This is the main issue I have with taxes. Not against it, but hoping that governments make responsible use of tax money for the betterment of people’s life, with a long term view. This is clearly not happening in Europe
Replying to @aporia9n
If the Dems win the next election, they will probably do something similar, leading to a mass exodus to the UAE, Asia, etc. The issue isn’t the tax, but how it’s spent. Services worsen YoY as taxes rise. It makes no sense. Europe faces the same issue of taking from the working to give to the lazy. Big issue.

European governments are all entering this weird arms race of who will tax their citizens the most, with the endgame being to make leaving impossible. Hopefully for them all western countries are cooperating, each announcing a more confiscatory tax every month, leaving very little room for location arbitrage for the young ambitious. Even the US is now unreachable for the avg young european. Don't cry if they all end up moving to Dubai or Asia, the only places left willing to compete for them
JUST IN: ITALY EXIT TAX 🇮🇹 Italy proposes a 26% exit tax on unrealized investment gains for people leaving the country from 2027. It’d apply to those with €800k+ in relevant assets who were tax residents for at least 6 of the last 10 years. I've been warning you: European countries are bankrupt and will try to seize your assets. The exit is closing.

⚡️The greatest vulnerability of the next decade is a life that appears diversified but is actually one concentrated bet. Consider how modern success is constructed. A prestigious career finances an expensive home. The home anchors you to a particular city. That city sustains the professional network supporting the career. The network reinforces the lifestyle, and the lifestyle requires the income to continue. Every component reinforces the others. Until the economic value of that career changes. Suddenly, what looked like multiple sources of security reveals itself as one leveraged position in institutional continuity. AI is accelerating this vulnerability by changing the economic value of human capabilities faster than people can reorganize the lives built around them. And dependence accumulates quietly during prosperity. By the time the arrangement breaks, the cost of leaving has become enormous. That is what makes these ten recommendations valuable. Physical health, financial flexibility, practical competence, trusted relationships and independent judgment all preserve something increasingly scarce: The ability to change course without asking permission. And that freedom changes the balance of power before you ever exercise it. An employer negotiates differently with someone who can survive without the paycheck. Financial institutions have less leverage over someone who doesn’t depend on continuous credit. The ability to refuse is what makes consent economically meaningful. But the list leaves one essential dimension largely unexplored. Ownership. As AI shifts economic surplus from human labor toward productive capital, independence protects your downside while ownership allows you to participate in the upside. The strongest position combines both. And that changes how security should be measured. A person can possess enormous wealth, prestigious credentials and institutional access while remaining dependent on arrangements they cannot afford to lose. The coming divide will increasingly be between those whose lives require the existing system to keep rewarding them and those who retain the freedom to choose their relationship with it. Because the ultimate form of wealth is control over your own future, including the ability to walk away from the system that helped you build it.

Delirante.

Pay attention when governments start discussing specific ways to get at your savings: a deposit levy, a compulsory investment, or restrictions on transferring money abroad. Once withdrawal limits are in force, access to your money has already changed. You won’t always know which measure is coming or when it will arrive. That’s a reason to decide IN ADVANCE how much of your wealth you want exposed to those decisions.

Your 90-year-old self would give anything to be where you are right now. Lift weights, walk, eat healthy, and sleep well. You are living your golden years right now. You're younger than you think you are. Don't waste it.

Triste pero cierto
Hubo más presión social para que dimitiera Rubiales por un pico, que para que dimita Óscar Puente por ser el responsable de cientos de muertes.

I believe the greatest gift you can give your kids is a calm home. It’s not the big house or the best toys that stick with them. It’s a place where they feel safe. Where mistakes are met with patience. Where voices stay low. Where hard conversations are always followed by repair. Kids absorb everything. Create peace and they'll carry it for life.

Stop frying your brain with endless short form content. Read long, complicated, books. Especially novels. Cultivate the ability to think deeply. To focus for long periods. Stare into space and enjoy boredom. Do tasks without any media playing in the background. Resist the urge to reach for your phone every time you feel uncomfortable. Get used to being with uncomfortable emotions instead. Wonder and think about the questions you have instead of asking AI. Become deeply present with everyone around you. Your ability to focus, pay attention, to think deeply, is one of your most valuable assets. Reclaim the immense beauty of experiencing your life directly instead of living it through a screen.
