The beautiful dining room of our restaurant - after years of planning, we are so happy with the end result. We are also incredibly proud of our relationship with @Dinesen, one that began many years ago at the old noma and continues here in our new home.

One of the many reasons we love @Dinesen! Every single plank is worked on and stamped with the carpenters initials.

And congratulations to Henne Kirkeby Kro with their second #michelinstar! A charming inn located near the unspoiled West Coast of Denmark.

Another well deserved #michelinstar went to the team behind @restaurantkadeau. We are proud to be represented in the beautiful restaurant!
