Ghost was the species that stood out to me first when I opened the Codex. The pale grey shell and the way it is listed as the first species from @Pocket_Dragons_ made me stop and look longer. I kept noticing how the scattered charcoal markings would blend into the dim light of the Hatchery. That quiet, hard to spot quality is what held my attention more than the brighter species.
Published fact from the Codex is that Ghost is the first of the sixteen species, its stars are Lynx, and there are 375 Ghost eggs in the Hatchery. The official description says a pale grey shell covered in scattered charcoal markings makes the egg strangely difficult to spot in the Hatchery's dim light, and that some Keepers swear these eggs occasionally disappear from their cradles and return before sunrise without a sound. Everything else is my own reading. The way the markings feel like they are meant to fade into shadow is the part that drew me in. It does not shout the way some of the other eggs do, and that softer presence is what I noticed most when I looked at the page.
The line about leaving the cradle empty if it vanishes also stuck with me. It fits the overall quiet tone of the design without adding anything beyond what is written. I have no extra official details on personality or behavior so this is only what I saw and how it landed for me.

What makes this even more interesting is that each Relic is connected to a Keeperβs unique star constellation, chosen when their egg was first claimed.
With 16 species, 22 origins, and hidden paths waiting to be explored, it feels like we're only beginning to understand what the Ancient Hatchery has in store.

FLOOR PRICES, NFTs & @Pocket_Dragons_ π
One of the biggest talking points in NFTs is floor price.
Most people avoid this topic, and I get why but lets talk about it...π
NFT projects need more buyers to push prices higher but what if we could build something that works differently when prices go UP or DOWN?
Think of it like a rubber band.
FIRST, HERE'S HOW OUR ECONOMY WORKS.
Pocket Dragons puts part of its revenue back into the ecosystem:
π 30% - DRAGON RESERVE (BUYBACKS)
Used to buy Dragons from OpenSea. Holders can then redeem these Dragons using Credits.
π₯ 20% - ETH REWARDS POOL
Used to reward holders who burn Dragons.
Where does the money come from?
NFT net mint funds, OpenSea fees, animations, cosmetics, and future businesses inside AND outside crypto.
BUT WE ALSO WANT PEOPLE TO TRADE!
This is where our badges come in.
π₯ BRONZE - Earn badges by taking part in the ecosystem.
π₯ SILVER - Discover Dragons (e.g hold a dragon in your wallet briefly) and keep the badges forever.
π₯ GOLD - Own Dragons and keep the badges while you hold.
Your Dragons and badges build your HONOR SCORE.
More Honor = A bigger share of Credits.
Credits = Dragons from our Reserve.
π WHAT IF FLOOR PRICES FALL?
Dragons become cheaper. Obviously, lol.
But what if burning a Dragon could give you more value than selling it?
Burning gives you access to the ETH Rewards Pool while increasing your Dragonβs rarity and Honor Score. You may also unlock additional badges, further boosting your Honor Score and increasing your potential rewards.
People may start buying Dragons just to burn them!
More Burning β Fewer Dragons in Circulation
Plus, lower prices mean our Dragon Reserve could buy more Dragons with the same amount of money.
π WHAT IF FLOOR PRICES RISE?
Now things get interesting.
Higher prices can make selling more attractive.
But if Dragons are trading at higher prices AND trading volume stays strong, OpenSea fees can grow too.
Remember:
π 30% goes towards buying Dragons.
π₯ 20% goes into the ETH Rewards Pool.
So more trading revenue can mean more funds for BOTH.
And as the ETH Rewards Pool grows, burning could become attractive again, even at higher prices.
π₯ THIS IS THE RUBBER BAND EFFECT.
THE GOAL IS TO KEEP THE ECOSYSTEM ACTIVE, NO MATTER WHICH WAY PRICES MOVE.
AND HERE'S THE BIGGER PICTURE...
Although this is all great and nice to have mechanics and at the end of the day the community will decide how this plays out. We don't want Pocket Dragons to rely only on NFT trading.
Our goal is to build a brand that earns money from products and businesses outside crypto too but this is a conversation for another day.
SO WHY DOES ALL OF THIS MATTER?
We're not trying to build another NFT collection where the only goal is to buy, hold and hope someone pays more later.
We're trying to create an economy where:
π Collectors have reasons to collect.
π° Traders have reasons to trade.
π₯ Holders have reasons to burn.
π Players have reasons to build their Honor Score.
And as our brand grows, more revenue can help support the wider ecosystem.
We're not promising a floor price or guaranteed profits.
We're building an ecosystem where people have reasons to collect, trade, sell and burn.

In Q3, @turtledotxyz and Lunar Strategy generated $1.04M in combined group revenue, on a cash-in basis, rounded and net of intercompany transactions.
What's particularly interesting is that this revenue came from services and distribution while the core tools were still under development.
To me, this signals something important: market demand isn't just part of the long term vision; it's already translating into actual revenue.
A protocol that can generate income while building its infrastructure has a different foundation for sustainable growth.
With tokenized assets continuing to expand, the real opportunity lies in building the infrastructure that connects those assets with capital.
