I was recently at a medical appointment where they had a sign on the wall telling patients we have the right to ask clinicians to wash their hands. This did not help me feel safer or empowered.

Just found out my doctor's appointment has been rescheduled for tomorrow morning at 10:15 CDT; and it is too late for me to arrange transportation, and I cannot postpone without serious penalties.
