Solid tumors have been challenging to treat with immunotherapy due to limitations that DISP-10 is designed to overcome.
DV-10 aims to mark tumor cells for CAR T, then replicate to infect cancer cells, creating a feedback loop designed to work across all solid tumor types.
Today, we announced the first patient has been dosed in the Ph1 trial of DISP-10, which has received Fast Track designation from the U.S. FDA. DISP-10 is a novel, investigational therapy designed to address key challenges in treating solid tumors.
