Lord, give me the confidence of a first time YC founder building in healthcare, who thinks their GTM is taking physicians out for dinner and has clearly never heard of the Sunshine act or the Stark law.

Founders in healthcare need to be data and evidence driven and stop posting bad clinical takes for the clicks. Deciding to become a healthcare founder comes with a higher bar and responsibility. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is even more important for #healthtech founders today than it was in 2023.
Payors are inundated with digital health opportunities,
- figure out who is NOT your target as well as who IS your target.
- need to understand payors CURRENT priorities
- target your solutions to the local demographics

Texas 10-year-old develops AI glasses to assist visually impaired children - kvue.com/article/news/local/… via @DivaBiotech
My 10 year old son just won his science fair building AI computer vision text to speech glasses for visually impaired children.
He then went on to write to the CEO of an EEG company so that he can improve the product by doing brainwave control. The CEO agreed to sponsor it.
Now he wants to talk to @elonmusk about it so we are shooting our shot! How can he contact Elon about his project?
MDisrupt Introduces Health Expert in the Loop to Put Clinicians at the Center of AI Training and Validation - businesswire.com/news/home/2…
Turned off my computer on Christmas Eve and turned it on again today.
This is my inbox.
I'm doing something wrong.
Apparently folks at #Aha2025 love our @m_disrupt giveaway... we will have more tomorrow
If you are at #AHA2025 I will be interviewing Dr Shami Feinglass at HIP at 9.30am on Monday to discuss clinicians and their roles with industry and she will also be doing a book signing of her book at the @m_disrupt booth
Pinch me moments.
When I started @m_disrupt six years ago, never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that we would build a company that would collaborate with the American Heart Association to welcome their members onto our platform.
Yet here we are at the AHA 2025 Sessions meeting in New Orleans getting ready to meet and welcome their Clincians, Scientists and industry leaders to MDisrupt to connect them with companies in industry who are innovating in heart and brain health.
As always this is personal: my dad and his siblings have all suffered from heart conditions. So this one is dedicated to my dad Ragai Gadelrab who thanks to the incredible innovation in heart health is still practicing orthopedic surgery in his 70s.

Health tech founders have truly no idea how many AI solutions health systems are being pitched right now. It's approaching nearly a full time job just fielding the emails. Also this is literally day 2 for me at a health system.
